Biography

Hamza, widely known as Oufa, is a Palestinian community leader from the Arab 48 community, born on July 4, 2001. His journey with the name “Oufa” began in 2009 through the game Tanki Online, where the nickname first became part of his identity. What started as a gaming name gradually grew into a recognized personal brand across online communities, especially on Discord.

Over the years, Oufa built his presence through consistency, leadership, and community building. Today, the name represents values such as strength, honesty, kindness, safety, and fairness — qualities that shape the way he leads and connects with others.

He currently manages two major Discord communities, Arab Mediators and Designers Support, where he continues to build trusted, organized, and influential spaces that reflect his vision for leadership, creativity, and strong community presence.
